I received an email informing me of a "Sky Cinema" free trial.... yet there is no such thing. I go to the pass screen and i just have the option of paying 9.99 a month, when i click through it tries to bill me
If i am no longer valid for the free trial due to having used Sky Cinema in the past, then why have i received this email? it seems like your records are not being kept up to date if you are sending me information which is no longer relevant due to my account having been used to already access Sky Cinema in the past.
