Free Trial - not working

Hi there, 

Just signed up (I think) for a free week trial with NowTV online.   Primarily I wanted to watch GoT from season 1.    However it keeps saying'oops something went wrong'  every time I try to do anything.   It says it can't show my vouchers / passes right now when I went to check.  Also, when I go onto GoT it says Sky Atlantic (Is this the same?) and then asks me to buy a pass.  Can someone please help me!  I've spent over an hour on this 😞

Who is your internet provider ?

What playback device are you trying to use when watching GOT ?

When you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers on here does it show your 7 day free trial have started and when is the first £7.99 payment date (should you not cancel the entertainment trial) ?

GOT is on the Sky Atlantic channel via a NowTV entertainment pass or 7 day free trial.
