Before you setup and activated your new stick with the bundled preloaded one month sports pass did you have an existing month sports pass or was on an existing sports offer that is active on your account ?
If so, maybe go to the NowTV website and sign into your account, then go to the Passes & Vouchers section to see if there is a message towards the top of the screen page saying that there is a Voucher Waiting For You with a link to redeem the voucher.
