Free SkySports Pass

Can someone please help?

 

ive bought a NowTV stick that comes with a free month of sky sports. However when I set it all up today (11th Sept 2019) it says my free pass only runs until 23rd September when I will be billed for my ongoing monthly contract.....why is this so? Surely my free pass should run until 11th October or have I been conned? 🤔

Before you setup and activated your new stick with the bundled preloaded one month sports pass did you have an existing month sports pass or was on an existing sports offer that is active on your account ?

 

If so, maybe go to the NowTV website and sign into your account, then go to the Passes & Vouchers section to see if there is a message towards the top of the screen page saying that there is a Voucher Waiting For You with a link to redeem the voucher.
