Signed up for free trial on 14th and have 2 episodes of a box set to watch and it’s stopped working asking me to buy another pass. It’s only day 3. 

Tried resetting, logging out etc and no joy

So you have a couple of options. 
1. Delete and reinstall the app 

 

2. A bit more drastic but is pronoun for working and it is to set the device back to factory settings
