Football season pass issues Existing customers

Anyone else having issues with the football season pass. im a exsisting customer everytime i press get offer redirected back to the home page.

Hi I signed up for the 14 day trial and it’s started taking money out my banks ? I didn’t want this can I get it refunded

You need to cancel free trials otherwise it starts billing

Excellent work @Anonymous User You should take up a job with NowTV Customer Service  I've only just now clicked on the link and it's worked first time. Happy days. I had intended to be home earlier for the match tonight but life got in the way. All good to go now though. Thanks again

Hi Please check with your banks as it may be them blocking the payments and the purchasing from going through, as this is an un usual amount from NOWTV.
