I bought the f1 subscription 2 days ago through the now app. I can see the £20 voucher but it wont let me apply it as its managed through my amazon account. I can login to amazon and cancel the auto renew but that still puts me £14 out of pocket.
Can someone give me a chat link or point me in the right direction to contact now tv please. Their help section is awful! to navigate.

I am not familiar with the direct Amazon billing for the NOW service, but this 9 months for £20 per month Sports offer on the NOW website (under the T&C's) says the offer is not eligible for third party billing.
Hopefully NOW live chat or Amazon themselves can figure out what's going wrong.
Out of curiosity was the 9 months for £20 per month Sports offer showing directly on the Amazon devices NOW App that you use with direct billing from Amazon ?
The billed through Amazon with NOW Membership only came into force the end of last month and is new and to be honest i am not familiar with it and what offers you can receive through the NOW App (if any).
Hopefully between NOW live chat and Amazon support will figure out what's going wrong and get your Sports offer up and running.
