Expiry date

My current pass (sports) says the offer ends on 17 Jul 2020 and when I checked the bill the next payment will be taken on that date. Does this mean If I don’t want to extend I have to cancel on the 16th at the latest or can I cancel on the 17th and still access channels on that day without being charged please?

@Anonymous User you can cancel at any time and continue watching your pass until the expiry date. If you wish to cancel it's recommended to cancel your pass 4 or 5 days from expiry as NowTV may start the payment process a few days before.
