Hi. I’ve just bought a one day sports pass and when I then go to the app and click on what I want to watch I get a message saying Error when fetching passes.
it worked fine last week. Any thoughts?

What playback devices have you tried and have you tried on the NOW App first on a smartphone, tablet, PC then jump to your main playback device on your television if the pass gets triggered by either of the three above devices I have mentioned.
Otherwise see if NOW live chat can assist further.
