Error Applying Voucher - 'Sorry - this offer has now ended and you missed out this time'

Hi,

 

Hoping someone can help. I bought 2 x 1 month Entertainment passes from CDKeys and when I have gone to use them on my NowTV account I get the error:

 

'Sorry - this offer has now ended and you missed out this time'

 

I have tried on different machines and logged in/out beforehand. I only purchased these in Feb so they are not old. I raised a ticket with CDKeys who investigated and suggested these codes are unused and valid, and that 'there may be a problem with the platform you are trying to redeem your codes on' and suggested contacting NowTV for support - so here I am.

 

Any support would be welcome.

Great - thanks! That saves lots I’ve time, I’ve gone straight back to CDKeys to demand working codes or a refund.

Mine isn't working either, I got it on 27 November last year and was told I needed to use it withing 6 months so it should still be valid.  I got my code from Game.co.uk when they had special offer when I bought a video game during the Black Friday sale.
