Ents pass not working - replacement given by CS *also* not working

I've got a six month ents pass I'm trying to use and it tells me it's expired. Which may or may not be fair enough - I can't see an expiry date on it so I don't know.

 

CS chat "helpfully" offered a replacement code and I tried it immediately. In true comedy style it tells me:

 

"Sorry – this was a limited offer and you missed out this time."

 

Can anyone from Now help please? Thank you.

Get back on to live chat as they can put the offer directly onto your account. They have done this for me before when an offer code that was emailed to me didn't work. 

 

Don't give up 🙂
