I wanted to cancel but then I accepted an offer of £3.20 a month. Had an email saying offer has been applied but 2 mins later I received an email saying goodbye, when I checked on my passes it has been cancelled so I dont know if I got the offer or not?

If that's the case contact live chat and explain to them what's happened.
Judging by the number of posts here on the forum about missing episodes across a lot of different TV shows, where it looks like nowtv are encountering technical problems with their content library i won't be surprised that live chat will be continually busy in the next 24hrs (just keep trying or drop them a message on the link below).

If you go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers on here does it show your entertainment pass cancelled, if not when you click on the orange drop down arrow below your entertainment pass does it show the retention offer added ?
