Entertainment Voucher Code Not Recognised

Hello.

I get:

"Hmmm, that doesn't look like a valid voucher code.

COM_60000"

on my Roku NowTv app.

when I originally bought this (at least a year ago, maybe two) I made sure that the terms and conditions excluded any expiry date of the voucher.

Please advise how I can invoke the valid voucher code.

For my own use, and legitimate support, I've taken photos of the appropriate TV screens and voucher code.

From my understanding most nowtv vouchers are normally valid 12 months from date of purchase, where I believe the gift card vouchers from Game UK are only 6 months.

Where did you buy the entertainment voucher from ?

Your best option would be have a word with live chat to see if they can assist you with this voucher code.
