Hi, Last night I put a new 2 month voucher code and it registered as ending in Jan 2020. My account is still showing that my next payment is 11 Nov 2019. Can you help please.

I’m not sure there’s anything wrong.
For a two month voucher, entered now, to go to Jan 2020, it must be starting after an existing pass, or it would only go to mid-December.
So take a look under My Account/Passes & vouchers, and see precisely what it says about the Nov 11 renewal. As that is when I expect your two-month pass will kick in.
But if not, look now at the top of that page, ‘Redeem a voucher’. Does it say that this new voucher is waiting for you there? If it is, then do redeem it. Now what do you see for Nov 11?
