Ending PS3 support free NowTV stick offer not working

Hi,

Ever since receiving 10 days ago the message about ending support for NowTV on the PS3 and being offered a free NowTV stick I have been trying to redeem the offer but I get an error saying "Whoops sorry there's been a problem, please try again." every time I try to check out.

Can anyone help?

Reading on the forum together with Twitter, it seems like a few customers are having problems taken advantage of this free stick offer.

I would either try live chat, by opening the link below and clicking on the small blue arrow directly underneath How to Get in Touch to reveal the live chat button.

Or drop them a message on this email address shown on the screen shot below.

You will need to be patient due to Covid-19 where i am assuming NowTV have limited Staff.

Thanks, I managed to get this sorted (eventually) by live chat and the offer of a voucher for the Stick only.
