Emailed voucher codes

Hi, I have been with NOW TV for a good few years now and have never received any emails with vouchers codes? It appears that people receive codes for cheap or free passes. NOW tv do have my correct email as well. 

Does anyone else have this problem or know why I am not getting any deals?

Rather than being sent out to everyone, a lot of emailed offers are targeted at certain people depending on what they've bought in the past and how long since they've last purchased, similar to the way other companies target discounts at customers who haven't purchased in a while. You can check you are opted in to receive promotional emails on your Account Details page

Also broadband customers are often excluded from offers so if you have NOW TV broadband you won't receive or be entitled to some offers.

again some are only for new customers but you do get existing customer offers on there from time to time. Also don't forget you can buy gift cards for NOW TV online from the NOW TV website http://www.nowtv.com/gift-cards or various places and those can be used by existing customers to save a little money.

Oh well looks like my best option to getting a voucher code is to stop being a long running full paying customer and cancel my packages, which I have now done. Let’s see if I get any offers. Also I noticed I was not offered any offers or discounts when I cancelled my entertainment and kids package.

@Anonymous User If you want to chance your luck have a look at the Nestle NOW TV promo - buy a bar, enter the code on their website and see if you've won a free pass. I had the maximum four wins from buying just four bars, and a couple of other forum users have had a similar success rate as well. Call in at the corner shop and pick up a Kit-Kat to see if you can do the same (make sure they have the promo wrapper on, other choc bars available, check the promo website to understand the terms and how it works).

The same happened to me 

I complained  to customer services on chat. I now get the  emailed offers.
