Received an email for Sky Movies for a year with a one off payment off £48. Clicked on it today and received the message I had missed out even though the email said the offer expires on the 17th September!
Have a word with live chat, where they should be able to check why your email nowtv offer doesn't work when following the instructions of the email and clicking on the link.

Thanks for the info. I have been onto live chat, twice now as when the first operator realised they couldn't answer why the offered expired they ended the chat, so I am not getting my hopes up.
