I received an email stating that I had been given 3 months free sports mobile pass and that it had been automatically added to my membership and there was nothing else I needed to do. My husband watched a match the other day with no problems, he went to watch a match today for it to say I had no membership so I went into my account to check why for it to say it had been cancelled. I restarted the membership but it still says I can't watch it even though it says I now have the sports mobile membership back. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

What device was he using? Assuming it was on his mobile?
Also the mobile membership only has 5 of the 11 channels, so it’s probably down to the channel not being part of the mobile membership.
