Is it an email offer or is the offer showing on your online account under exclusive offers for you on the top of the My Membership section ?
Have you tried a different internet browser or another device with a browser on it ?
If it's an email offer with a link to click on and a different internet browser doesn't work, then see if clicking on the link when the url address bar redirects if there is a NOW voucher code at the end of the url address bar which usually starts with NOW**********.
If so try copying the code and apply it directly to the apply voucher link button next to your Entertainment Membership on your online account.
