Deals after sign up

I have tried to speak to someone on multiple occasions having been told someone will get back to me or being disconnected from chats.

I signed up to nowtv calls and broadband 3 weeks ago and was promised we would receive discounts on an email for the nowtv passes however I have still not received this even though I was told I should get this within72 hours.

Any advice anyone? Would be such a help as we go live today with no tv services!

Welcome to the forum. I would have thought the broadband discount would just be applied automatically now you are activated, but if you want to double check you could give the broadband team a call (free from your home phone).

 

You can find the telephone number for the Broadband Team by going to your My Account > My Package page

and click the Moving Home section.
