I've already contacted Currys via ebay and I'm waiting a response. I bought the card for the Christmas period which won't happen now. It may well be Currys fault but I'm mystified as to why I can't contact anyone on the Now Tv website when I need help?That's not Currys fault?
Getting onto Live Chat certainly isn’t as easy as it should be, but it shouldn’t be impossible.
And certainly, NowTV will fix it for you, if you can get in touch.
Given that time is of the essence though, can you pick up a pass from a local bricks and mortar store? Argos, Curry’s, even our local Tesco has them. And wait for Curry’s to refund you for the faulty pass.
Though I don’t know how far you are from such a store....

Thanks for trying to sort me out Bob as it is frustrating when you can't get sorted but I have decided to send the card back via ebay and I may go and buy another one tomorrow in store now that you've mentioned it. I do realise that its not Now tv's fault and hopefully a new card should do it.
