Credit from tesco vouchers but payment still being taken

Hi

i have £30 credit from tesco vouchers but I still seem to be being charged £8.99 monthly from my direct debit. I was under the impression that if you had credit in your account then that would pay for your passes first. 

I have the feeling I don’t understand vouchers fully. Talk about feeling thick

Tesco Clubcard Vouchers converted to NowTV triple credit works fine for me.

 

Here's three screen shots, where i had £3 credit left on my account and the £3 was then credited against my £20 monthly sports pass.

Maybe contact live chat if the credit is showing under your My Account > Passes & Vouchers and Bills & Payments section, but your credit doesn't get used for any of your monthly TV pass payments.

thank you ever so much. What I’ll do is wait till my next billing date and then check that the credit balance decreases
