Couldn't cancel my passes

I have tried cancelling my now tv passes after the free trial as I'm not happy with them an don't want them an I couldn't cancel the passes they had taken money out o my account which I'm not happy with ive contacted my bank a they blocked any further payment an adviced me to get in touch with you to get a refund of the money that's been taken I'm not happy with the services given an would really appritiate my money back

I want a refund on the money you are trying to take out of my account as I'm not happy with the services n I've tried cancelling the passes a load of times bit cpuldnt do it please help me to resolve this

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
