Contacting now tv

Why is  contacting now tv impossible

Hi !

Today I have bought and set up a NOWTV stick and via  an Internet search found out the 

various functions on the remote control with the exception of the button at the 

top of the unit.

This has a circle with a tail on the button,   what does it do ?????

Hi @Anonymous User

The button on the very top front of the smart stick remote is for switching your TV on or off from its standby mode. 

This button will only work if it successfully pairs to your television during the setup process of your stick.
