Contact customer support

I have been trying to enter a pass number for entertainment and it's saying offer expired. There is no way to contact customer support and to avoid being billed i have had to cancel the pass that's on at the moment.

I need this resolved urgently as for an online service there is no way to speak to anyone at all. How are you supposed to fix any issue if they refuse to give a contact option.

Now tv offers the WORST customer support service of ANY company!! Their website is probably the most frustrating website that I have ever encountered. It is obviously done on purpose so they do not have to spend on people and they think robots can do their job for them, but their customers are not robots. They need to have a link to speak to a person, even if its a last resort link, it needs a link,
