Can't help you sorry with regards to the Hayu Pass
I know NowTV keep saying it's a software technical glitch relating to the Hayu Pass for existing Combo customers, which they are in the process of fixing, which was supposed to been resolved by end of September or early October 2018.
However I just want to say I feel sorry for NowTV Combo customers, who are in my opinion getting a rough deal (not only with the Hayu Pass, but not having the chance to take advantage of other NowTV offers because they are locked into this older Combo service) .
