Had an issue, waited weeks to LiveChat now TV, they provide a code which they tell me to enter on 17 August 2020. Tried and code says already used, it hasn't been. Can't reply to message code was sent it, says case closed. Can't access LiveChat to move forward. No email contact... No contact! Fed up with the lack of contactability with this company. How on earth can I move forward?

I now have had a response, but it was an email verifying who I was. Awaiting a 'chat' about the situation via email.
