I received a 6month entertainment pass code from a rep but upon entering it I’m prompted with a message “sorry, it looks like the code you’ve entered isn’t valid” I’m entering the code in many different ways yet to no avail.. any help would be appreciated.

Get back onto live chat and tell them that the code they gave you doesn't work (even using different internet browsers when you attempt to apply the voucher code to your account).
