Out of curiosity where did you buy the stick from ?
Before you can redeem the one month cinema pass off the stick you need to activate the stick by following the instructions on your TV screen.
Does it say on your television screen go to nowtv.com/gb/tv for a UK customer or does it say nowtv.com/ie/tv which is the webpage for Republic of Ireland customers ?
If you are based in the UK and on the television screen it says go to nowtv.com/gb/tv then follow step 5 of this help guide.

Here's the direct link to the UK webpage to enter the six digit code that you see on your television screen.

Once you have entered the six digit code and it is successful you should be asked do you wish to start the one month voucher straight away or save for latter, then the stick will finish its setup on your television screen.
After you have completed the stick setup and if the pass is not showing available to watch, go to the My Account > Passes & Vouchers section on here, where hopefully towards the top of the page there will be a message saying Voucher Waiting for You with a link to redeem your one month voucher.
