Cinema Pass

Hi, i have two cinema passes waiting to be used in my account but i cannot access them due to an error stating that they have expired.  I know they have plenty of date on them yet and it has been confirmed also.  I have chatted to various people from your team who have tried to help but access is still being denied.  This has been going on for two weeks now.  The last time i spoke with an agent was a couple of days ago who asured me that someone will be getting in touch with me once they have sorted out the problem.  Is anyone looking into this for me?
