Was offered Now Cinema for 1 month for £4.99 by email last night But unable to activate it in my account. Any suggestions?

iv got an email 6mths Entertainment pass im no longer on nowtv but still get offers i emailed as when i clicked on link it didt connect to anything ? If i can still get the deal im willing RE-JOIN  can somebody contact me iv still got the email cheers
