Charged for free trial

Hello, this is the first time ive used nowtv. Joined and was offered a 7day free trial. Took thr free trial but was charged 9.99 for it. I dont have a clue how to even talk to anyone as just get a stupid chat bot. Where can i talk to someone?

The only free trials are for Boost and Hayu. All others are instant payments.

Main question is, do you plan on keeping the membership?

It came up with 7days entertainment then later in the day i added boost.

I dont know if id want to keep it if im going to be charged when ever they feel like it

The only free trial you would have got is for Boost which is 7 days then £5 unless cancelled. Entertainment, sports or cinema the payment will come off instantly. 

As for boost, this is for 

• No third party adverts for on demand content 
• 1080p and 5.1 sound on relevant devices 
• 3 streams instead of 1
