Hi,
I recently took the offer of a free trial for movies/series on Now TV. It was a 7 day trial, however as I was not notified I have now been charged for the next month for both. I haven't even been using it as I am a key worker. I would appreciate some guidance on getting a full refund.

@Anonymous User you were notified when you took out the offer. You even say in your post "It was a 7 day trial".
If you forgot to cancel and were charged then contact customer services and ask for a refund. If you haven't used the service then they might issue a refund.
In future, if you decide to take up a similar offer, you can cancel immediately after purchasing a pass and still watch until the end of any trial period and you won't get charged at the end of such trial.
