Card expired error message but it hasn't

I am trying to add an entertainment pass but it comes up with an error saying to update payment card details. My card details are up to date and working as I added the kids pass on this yesterday?

Just tried to apply the voucher again and it seems to have worked this time.

I'm having exactly the same problem. Perhaps there's a problem with the Now TV billing system at the moment.

 

Unfortunately, with no live chat service at the moment, I don't know how to resolve this.

 

I've tried entering the voucher code in my online account (via the web) and via the Now TV box. Both methods fail. The Now TV box is giving me the message 'Authorization Rejected' (or something similar).

It seems there is a system problem.

I've tried three different payment cards and all have been rejected

I need to activate my pas by tomorrow

Hopefully someone from NowTV will see our messages and sort out the problem soon

I'm guessing that it has something to do with the change to British Summer Time. I know that this can cause problems with computer systems.

I'm glad to see it's not just me then...hopefully as most are having the same issue they'll realise and fix it. Will update if I manage to do it.

Yes I've just tried and mine has worked as well.
