Card Declined Payment - Sports £19.99 - resubscribe is £35!

Hello All,

As in the title, I was on a £19.99 sports offer but without me knowing (my fault) my card was declining the payment to NowTV.

Just went to watch it, I don't have sports now and I can't make it run the payment again at £19.99.

Any idea how I can get the original subscription price activated/charged?
