I have a number of NOW TV boxes, and have used more than 1 email address to register boxes. NOW TV currently ONLY respond to my gmail address.
I find it absolutely impossible to cancel a 1 month entertainment pass, as no "Cancel Pass" prompt is EVER made available.
Will this type of Pass, which was provided via a "scratch card" with a new box, expire without me needing to cancel it?
If not, how can I cancel it if I can locate no prompt?
I have communicated with NOW TV direct on numerous occasions, and there has been zero response.
Could somebody please help, as I can get no help whatsoever from NOW TV?
