Nowtv, I had a two month movie pass on my account. I cancelled the pass after a while to avoid a half month payment which I have ended up getting charged before. Normally the remainder days that I have paid for via the voucher stay on my account, however, you have completely stopped the pass and now I can not access movies.
I have proof of when the voucher was loaded and for how long it was for because you send the messages advising when they have been uploaded.
Can someone contact me Asap regarding this and reinstate my pass.

Thanks, I have contacted them about previous matters before and never seem to get much traction, so thought I'd put something here this time in the hopes of a response. I will directly contact them as well.
