Cancelled movied instead of taking the offer for £3.99

Kicked cancel instead of accept the new offer of 3.99 a month. I was going to cancel both memberships ive got but with the offer i was goint to accept them on both but i miss read the boxes is there a way to get the offer back again? I dont use the service much last use was September 2021 and have payed every month even while not using

Try jumping onto live chat and see if staff can help out. Make sure to click "chat online" within the green box, don't hit "get help quicker" as this is a bot.

Go back to the Cinema Membership screen, and unless the month you were in has ended, you will see the option to rejoin on the same terms as before.

Do this.

Then start the Cancel again, and you should get the same £3.99 retention offer as before.

Now press the right button this time, to accept it 😛

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
