Can’t redeem my free 2 month pass on new stick

Hi I’m struggling to redeem my free 2 month entertainment pass it keeps coming up as a box saying “This is taking too long 

Now tv might be busy or unavailable at the moment”

any help greatly appreciated

The same thing happened to me.  I went to the help section and did a live chat and the person gave me a code to put in and that worked.
