Can’t redeem my entertainment pass

Hi I’ve been having trouble applying my preloaded entertainment voucher, I have an active 2 month pass already running but I received a now tv stick for Xmas with the passes preloaded when I signed it it let me apply the other passes but as I already had my 2 month pass it wouldn’t allow me to apply which is fine I’ve had now tv for years now I know you have to wait till last 30 days of current offer to apply anything new so my offer runs out 14th of February, since 14th of January I’ve been trying to redeem the 1 month voucher but it will not let me, I don’t want to pay full price on the 14th when I could just redeem the voucher, I’ll attach screenshots incase I’m not explaining correctly, chat has been telling me I’ve to wait until less than 30 days left in my current, so obviously some communication error, because that’s exactly what I’ve been doing, any help would be appreciated.

I would suggest to pop over to live chat where they deal with account related matters and ask them to cancel the pass or passes in question and also ask them for a refund. (Not the chat bot)
