Can't redeem an offer that's been offered to me

Hi I was offered a 4 month cinema & entertainment package from my drop down menu on my account. When I go to activate it it's saying "I might not be eligible for this deal or its expired"

Take screenshots and head onto Live chat

Do you currently have any offers on your existing cinema and entertainment passes?
