Can’t purchase winter bundle

I have been trying to purchase the owner bundle offer but everything’s me I click on buy, it always tells me there’s a problem and to try again which I do but still not working. Got another email re offer, tried to buy again but still not letting me. This  has been going on for the last 4 days now.

Yep, exact same for me, tried two different accounts also. Tried different browsers, clicking the terms of use first, nothing seems to work.

Okay, I got this resolved. First start a web chat with a service agent (search for a help article, click Get in touch on the right hand side, then click the grey "down arrow" under "Anything else?", select TV under Live Chat and click Chat online).

I explained the problem and the agent gave me a separate voucher code for 1 month free for each pass, so I got the bundle for 1 month for free, not £11.99!
