I have a now TV box that is showing the new hayu TV to which I wish to add to my TV package. I have TV and broadband with them this is called a STAN customer so I am told by customer service.
The pass is not showing up to add to my account. Si i asked the customer service team why. They say because I am a Stan customer who pays for broadband and TV also phone. I can not have this it's only for TV only customers.
This sounds very odd why not offer all service to all customers. Seams to be unfair that I pay alot more each month thanks just a TV customer but I don't get the same service.
Any one else had this and what did you do. I was thinking of switching to a new broadband company so that I am not a Stan customer any more. But then how daft is that now will the lose the broadband customer.
