We bought the 12 month Sky Cinema and Entertainment pass last Black Friday.
Tried to do the same this Black Friday offer, as that offer is now ending.
All we get is this error.
On our Passes page it says this.
The free offer message is only showing on the Cinema, nothing on the Entertainment pass.
Does anyone no what's wrong and the best way to fix it.

I have the same problem.
I've been trying to buy the 12 month Cinema pass and have been unable to do so. It's now disappeared but none of the other offers will work.
Can someone please look at this and fix the issue.
I spoke to the chat support but they didn't understand the problem

I'm getting the similar issue - trying to buy the 12 months and stick offer, and credit card payment is failing without explaining why (CC details correct btw as it paid my monthly subscription).

Yes, I have tried myself and the same thing happened. Apparently after chatting to customer service online, it was available for both customers, but the Black Friday offer is now only for new customers.
Makes you feel very unappreciated.
