Can't buy Black Friday offer

We bought the 12 month Sky Cinema and Entertainment pass last Black Friday.

Tried to do the same this Black Friday offer, as that offer is now ending.

 

All we get is this error.

On our Passes page it says this.

Passes

The free offer message is only showing on the Cinema, nothing on the Entertainment pass.

 

Does anyone no what's wrong and the best way to fix it.

Hi,

I am having the same problem. My current vouchers end on 13& 15 December. I want to buy the £99 yearly pass fro Entertainment and Cinema but it won;t allow me to buy it, even though it says offers are available to new and existing customers. Also live chat does not seem to be working so there is no other way of contacting

Also I've noticed that on my Sky Cinema pass, the Offer started on: date keeps changing to whatever todays date is.

My orginal post, it was the 21 Nov 2018 today it's 23 Nov 2018.

But Offer ends on: remains 03 Dec 2018.

I'm also having problems trying to buy a new pass. I keep getting the message "Oops, something went wrong. Try again in a moment"

@Anonymous User Yeah I got the same message when I tried a couple of times last week.

Like an idiot I tried again in a moment, like the error message said.

Then on Friday our bank contacted us, wanting to know what the 7 £99 transactions for Now TV was all about.

Lucky they declined them, now l'm stuck, do I try again and have the same thing happen.

Or wait and hope for any help from Now TV, before the Black Friday deal ends on Thursday.

OK. Sorted now. For me, I needed to update my card details.

@Anonymous UserWe did add a new card to our account just before trying to buy the Black Friday offer.

I might try again with a different card and see what happens.
