Can't apply new voucher

HI,

 

I bought a PS4 from GAME in December 2019 and as part of the deal I was given a 1 month Cinema Pass and 2 month Entertainment Pass.

 

I have tried applying the Cinema pass but the link says Sorry - this offer has now ended and you missed out this time. 

 

I was able to apply the Entertainment Pass on my Account that i have setup. The GAME link says i have 6 months to redeem the code. Not sure what the problem is? Also can't get through on live chat for help either - difficult to actually find a link.

Live chat would be your point of call.

 

Though it seems like live chat are overwhelmed / stretched at the moment and there is a longer than normal waiting times to access the NowTV live chat service.

 

Only thing i could suggest is keep opening this link below through the course of the day and click on the blue arrow directly underneath How to Get in Touch until the green chat button shows on your screen which should then denote that there is an open live chat slot available for you.
