I have this morning purchased a 24 Sky Sports package And when I click to play a screen appears saying that they are unable to complete purchase on this device and points me to their website (which I am unable to get any help from). The payment has been taken and email confirmation sent.
can anyone help?

What playback devices have you tried with your day pass ?
Have you tried logging out and back in again on the NowTV App with the account details you used to purchased the pass.
Also try a fresh download of the NowTV App if your playback device can delete the App.
