Hello,
I got an email with offer form NOW Tv. After pressing "Buy now" each time it shows:
I logged off and on and tried many times, but it is till the same.
This offer is valid until tomorrow and I am stucked with that "wrong" message for good.
What can I do to solve it?

I would try using a different internet browser or maybe a private window on your browser when trying to take up the email link offer.

I haven't been able to solve this. I went to chat and the link they gave me was the same. I was told to use a pc when I said was using a chromebook, which is a laptop! They then said to purchase at full cost and I would get a refund within 5 working days...no thanks, just want the offer and a working link.

'use a different browser' has never worked in the history of the internet. It is lazy-speak for 'we've stuffed up our code and expect you to do the testing for us'. Think I'm subject to the same as I've just shelled out money for no service and NowTV have shut down all of their limited comms.
