Broadband £75 voucher

Anyone else still waiting for their £75 voucher ? I took broadband at the beginning of November and am still waiting for NOWTV to confirm to Reward Broadband Genie that I am a customer. I made a complaint and have had several online chats regarding this but am getting nowhere. Any advice ?

Same hear  Broadband genie doesnt pay out I am still waiting a year after joining  the only recourse is the Ombudsman   I complained to Nowtv but they say its nothing to do with them you have to complain to broadband Genie.
