we’ve been using your now TV box for about a year and it worked perfectly. It’s stopped working so we had to reset it. We now can’t get to watch free so after a lot of research I bought a cinema free trial which I intend cancelling immediately (following what I’ve read). But I haven’t received the voucher to go with the pass and I still can’t login to Now TV to watch freeview (or anything). I haven’t cancelled the free trial yet. Can anyone help? Thanks
